Cameron Bain


Cameron has over 30 years’ experience in operational, business development, engineering and delivery leadership.

He is currently the e3Sixty Group CEO, overseeing all business operations including the first BRP project. Cameron has built some iconic large-scale multi-billion dollar programs of work both in Australia and overseas. Cameron has held senior positions at Tandemcorp. Alcatel Lucent, nbn and Nortel.

Cameron is an expert in leading end-to-end operations and implementing high growth strategies from which he has delivered high revenue growth and secured a number of lucrative deals with Reliance Infocomm, Telstra, Foxtel and nbn.

Anthony Karam


Anthony has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer and executive-level manager.

He is currently Managing Director of E3Sixty Limited, a position he has now held for 3 years. Mr Karam has been engaged as a corporate advisor and consultant by a number of ASX-listed companies and large privately owned businesses.

He has previously held senior board positions with the ASX listed mining companies, Cassius Mining Limited (2014 – June 2021), Chameleon Mining NL (2009 – 2012), Director, and technology company Panorama Synergy Ltd (2012-2015) where he was actively involved in having each of those companies restructured through to periods where the market capitalisation of the companies reached over $50M, $40M and $150M respectively.

Mark Puzey


Mark is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years experience with a broad base of financial skills in a variety of industries having spent 33 years with KPMG.

He is currently a non-executive director of Gold Corporation, and Audit & Risk Committee Chair and non-executive director of M8 Sustainable Ltd (ASX:M8S), a waste recycling business.

He was formerly a non0-executive director of Patersons Securities Ltd, Lattice Energy Ltd, Non-executive Director, Audit Committee Chairman and Due Diligence Committee Member of three ASX floats.

He is a fellow of both the Australian Institute of company Directors (FAICD) and institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (FCA).

John Rawicki


John had 15 years of stockbroking and corporate finance experience at Ord Minnett, JP Morgan and Phillip Capital. He has worked on numerous transactions within the technology and resources sectors.

John has driven capital raisings for both listed and unlisted growth companies, advised on reverse takeovers, IPOs and M&A activities, and provided PR services to listed companies seeking to grow their investor base.
